Anna Myszkowiak’s Act of Empathy featured in Sculpture Beyond the Solid at the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw. The artist is the youngest participant in the exhibition.
Opening on 16 October 2026 at the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw, Sculpture After Stability brings together works by 31 artists from Poland and abroad. Among them is Anna Myszkowiak, represented by MOLSKI gallery, who presents her sculpture Act of Empathy as the youngest artist participating in the exhibition. The exhibition is curated by Jagna Lewandowska and Szymon Maliborski.
The exhibition explores contemporary sculpture as a field that extends beyond traditional understandings of form, permanence and material stability. The works on view approach sculpture as a space of ongoing transformation, tension and interdependence, in which matter becomes an active element of artistic expression.
Anna Myszkowiak’s practice lies at the intersection of sculpture, installation and material experimentation. The artist explores new ways of working with materials, bringing their physical properties into dialogue with personal and cultural meanings. Her work engages with questions of corporeality, sensitivity and the relationship between the human body and its surroundings.
Her participation in the exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw marks an important moment in her artistic development, placing her practice within the broader context of contemporary sculpture.
