Konrad Juściński
Konrad Juściński (born 1977 in Gorzów Wielkopolski) holds a master’s degree and a PhD from the University of the Arts in Poznań. Since 2020, he has been leading the Sculpture Studio at the University of Zielona Góra. He creates objects, installations, performances, and video works, exhibiting in Poland and internationally, including Japan, Germany, France, and South Korea. He has received scholarships from the Ministry of Culture, the Adam Mickiewicz Institute, and Tokyo Arts & Space. In 2017, he won second prize at the inSPIRACJE Visual Arts Festival in Szczecin.
Aiming to reveal the nonverbal aspects of human experience, Juściński explores the boundaries between the internal and external. His works investigate spatial processes, the tension between culture and nature, impermanence, utopia, and human relationships with the environment.
