Przemysław Garczyński

Przemysław Garczyński was born in 1988 in Lublin. He is a graduate of graphic design at the Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin and of painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk. At present, he works as an assistant in the basic education atelier run by Marek Wrzesiński, PhD, and in the wall painting and stained-glass atelier of Professor Jacek Zdybl at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk.

He paints pictures, draws, creates wall paintings and prints.

Graczyński expresses himself using the language of abstraction. His works oscillate between values such as those hidden under the category of the symbol - the traditional view of art and the values it represents, and the influences of modernity - reality controlled by the mass media.

His works can be found, among others, in the collection of the Artistic Journey of Hestia Foundation, the collection of the Art Gallery in Legnica, the State Art Gallery in Sopot. One of the artist's works is on the Moon (Moon Drawing Project/Moon Arts Ark 2016).
