Urszula Madera (born in 1995 in Brzeg Dolny) is a graduate of Painting at the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław. She is a laureate of the artistic scholarship of the Mayor of Wrocław and the Rector of the Academy of Fine Arts and the Critics' Award at the 11th edition of the national exhibition "Best Diplomas of the Academy of Fine Arts" in the Art Armoury in Gdańsk. The artist's works can be found in collections including "m jak obraz" mBank and numerous private collections in Poland and abroad.
As an artist, Madera is interested in physical tensions and the mutual dependence of things. Her works explore issues of the psychology of vision. In art, her main goal is to intrigue the recipient and invite them to a joint search for "ideal systems" - both balanced and unstable.
