Weronika Teplicka

Weronika Teplicka (born in 1981 in Koszalin) graduated in painting from the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznań (now Magdalena Abakanowicz University of the Arts), where she completed her diploma in 2007 under the supervision of Professor Piotr C. Kowalski. She also studied at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Naples. She currently works as a curator of artist residencies at the Baltic Gallery of Contemporary Art, where she also leads creative workshops for women titled “Let’s meet, talk, create.”

She primarily works with painting and photography, as well as creating objects from failed paintings, waste materials, and family keepsakes. For several years, she has been developing a personal project titled “Tales of Everyday Life,” a visual diary of her experiences. Her works are included in collections such as the Bielska BWA Gallery Collection.
