Art Paris 2024
From 3 to 7 April 2024, we will be participating in the 26th edition of Art. Paris - one of the most important and prestigious fairs of modern and contemporary art in Europe, taking place in a unique location, the Grand Palais Éphémère. This year's edition will feature 136 galleries from 25 countries presenting the work of over 900 artists. Two exhibitions will open as part of the fair: 'Fragile Utopia', curated by Eric de Chassey - director of the National Institute of Art History in Paris, and 'Art.&Craft', curated by prominent art critic Nicolas Trembley.
Our gallery will co-curate the Promises section for young galleries established less than six years ago. According to the organisers of Art. Paris, this cross-sectional presentation of works by young artists will provide a far-reaching analysis of the development of international contemporary art.
The prepared exhibition project focuses on the presentation of the work of three artists representing different generations: Kinga Popiela, Sebastian Krzywak and Tamara Berdowska. The unifying element of the exhibition is the language of abstraction. Each of the artists uses it in their work, but in a completely different way.
